Funq Products AB, 556741-6994, Strandvägen 31C, 444 31 Stenungsund owns and runs the E-commerce platform www.funqwear.com. There are mostly compression socks and socks being sold to an end customer. If you are living in a non-EU country the purchase will be considered as private import.

1.1 The general terms of purchase (“terms”) are applied when the consumer (“you”) place an order on www.funqwear.com and its subpages (“website”). When placing your order, you will be entering an agreement with Funq Producs AB, CIN: 557641-6994 (“Funq Products, “we”, “us”). The terms are only applicable for you as the consumer and the one placing the orders on the website.

1.2 To place an order on the website you as the customer must be of legal age. Funq Products reserves the rights to deny or correct incorrect information regarding your order.

1.3 By finalizing a purchase you agree to Funq Products Privacy policy.

1.4 We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the socks exact appearance. A small color deviation may occur because of a certain monitor or resolution. We reserve ourselves for potential printing and writing errors, which includes incorrect prices, incorrect product descriptions or other technical information. We reserve the right to at any point update product information, prices and pictures without prior notification.

1.5 The website and all the content on it is owned by Funq Products. The information is protected through IPR and market laws. This means that content on the website is not allowed to be copied or used without written approval from us.
